Our rates are all-inclusive: no hidden extras, no cleaning charges, no deposits.

Weekly rate: flexible start/end day £1,075       

Weekday rate (per night): £165 please note: a minimum three night stay applies

Weekend rate (fri, sat - per night): £185 please note: a minimum three night stay applies    

Please contact us on info@35rockroad.co.uk should you have requirements outside of our normal arrangements, including longer term stays (discounts are available). Discounted rates are also available for the period 6th January - 27th March

Please note:

• Check-in is from 4pm, check-out is at 10am. Special arrangements are available on request.

• In view of the unusual layout of the property (a spiral staircase leads to the living and kitchen/dining area on the 1st floor) the property may not be suitable for people with difficulty walking
